REFUND POLICY
SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipping. After processing you’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and tracking updates when your order has shipped and when it’s delivered. All orders are shipped from Queens, NY.
RETURNS
All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, contact support@manifestedluck.com. If an exchange is granted, garments must be returned un-worn, un-washed and with original packaging/tags. Exchange requests are granted within 30 days from the date which the shipment is received for size exchanges and significantly defected factory items.
However, we require that customers notify Manifested Luck ,L.L.C. (support@manifestedluck.com) about significantly defective factory items within 48 hours of receipt for evaluation.
